A visit to Galway isn’t complete without a visit to McDonagh’s Seafood Restaurant. Ingeniously divided in two, with a fabulous takeaway fish & chip shop on one side and a traditional table service seafood restaurant on the other and to the rear of the premises in Kirwan’s Lane. Each exudes old-fashioned hospitality. The chips are among the best in Ireland - potatoes are cut fresh daily on the premises while fish is sourced fresh daily from local suppliers.
